The Newton Concept is designed to give high learning outcome and great learning experiences with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), for both students and teachers.

A Newton Room is owned locally and is a STEM resource centre for pupils in preschool, elementary school, and high school. Students visiting a room are met by an enthusiastic Newton teacher, exciting equipment, and varied learning methods. Newton Room education should not be in addition to, but rather part of the school curriculum.
