Loreta Norvaišaitė and Donata Radionova serve as the Newton Teachers in the facility, which spans 90 square meters of educational space and a 12 square meter amphitheatre for group discussions and demonstrations. Offices and other essential spaces complete the layout.

Students will engage in educational Newton modules such as 'We Explore Energy' and 'Robots and Circumference,' offering them a chance to see science in action and apply theoretical knowledge in engaging practical ways.

Per-Arild Konradsen, CEO and Founder of FIRST Scandinavia shared his thoughts on the opening:

"We are proud to have launched the Newton Room in Visaginas after years of dedicated effort. The journey has been long and required a lot of optimism and energy, but seeing everyone's aligned goals has made it all worthwhile. I am especially impressed with the professionalism of the project management team in Visaginas Municipality.

Now, it is rewarding to see our collaboration with Visaginas evolve into such a significant addition to the community—an educational space for children right in the heart of the municipality. This project stands as a testament to what we can accomplish when we unite for the common good.

Two weeks ago, both Donata Radionova and Loreta Norvaišaitė attended the Newton Partner Summit. After the summit, Donata said:

“It's great to attend the Summit here in Bodø. The presentations were very interesting, and I am full of energy and feel very motivated after spending these days with the network! The workshop with Pedrikke on the 'We Explore Energy' module gave me confidence. It was so great to see a teacher experienced with the module conduct the lesson. This gave me much confidence to go home and do the lesson in our Newton Room.”
